- 200grams chickpeas, cooked and drained
- 2teaspoons tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1teaspoons chilli flakes
- 1tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1teaspoons cracked black pepper
- 200grams selection of crackers
- 100grams cashew nuts

Method
Step 1 of 3
Pre-heat the oven to 170°C.
Step 2 of 3
Roast the cashew nuts in the oven for 6 minutes and then remove from the oven.
Step 3 of 3
Add all the hummus ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and then serve with the cashews and crackers.
