Eating your greens has never been easier with these moreish curried kale crisps.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Pre-heat the oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2 of 4
Tear the kale into medium pieces, place in a large bowl and pour over the oil. Massage the oil into the kale leaves with your hands.
Step 3 of 4
Whisk the dry ingredients together in a small bowl then sprinkle on the kale, mixing well to coat every leaf with spice mix.
Step 4 of 4
Lay the kale leaves in a single layer on the baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes, rotate the baking sheet and bake for 8 more minutes before serving.
