Description
A delightfully easy baked brie topped with brown sugar, candied walnuts and raspberries.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Pre-heat oven to 180°C and line two trays with baking paper.
Step 2 of 5
Add butter, walnuts and sugar to a small pot over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir regularly until butter and sugar have melted, making sure that sugar does not burn.
Step 3 of 5
Once walnuts are coated, scatter mixture onto tray to cool. Spread walnuts apart to prevent them from sticking together.
Step 4 of 5
Place brie on second tray, topped with a sprinkle of brown sugar, and bake for 10-15minutes.
Step 5 of 5
Once baked, remove brie from oven and allow to cool for a minute or two before topping with your candied walnut mixture. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh raspberries.
