- 200grams Camembert cheese
- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1tablespoons clear honey
- 2teaspoons thyme, chopped, plus 3 extra (to garnish)
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 250grams vine cherry tomatoes
- 1 dessert pear, cut into wedges
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper

Method
Step 1 of 3
Put the Camembert on a baking sheet lined with foil. Drizzle over the oil and honey and scatter over the thyme and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2 of 3
Bake in a preheated oven, 200°C, Gas Mark 6, for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is sizzling and ready to burst through the skin.
Step 3 of 3
Carefully transfer to a platter and serve with the bread, tomatoes and fruit to dip into the oozing cheese.
