  • 2 large avocado, de-seeded and skin removed
  • 1teaspoons lime juice
  • 1teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat up a pot of water to the boil and blanche the broad beans for 3 minutes and then drain.

Step 2 of 3

Allow the beans to cool slightly and then add then to a foof processor with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3 of 3

Blend until smooth and serve with a selection of condiments or breads.
