  • 1 can 420g baked beans
  • half onion
  • 1tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 1tablespoons cumin seeds
  • 1teaspoons garam masala
  • 1teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 1teaspoons fenugreek leaves, dried
  • handful coriander
  • 1 splash olive oil
  • 1/3 can of water from baked beans can

Method

Step 1 of 6

Heat oil. Add finely chopped half an onion and sauté for 1-2 mins.

Step 2 of 6

Add in cumin seeds and mix then add in the ginger garlic paste straight away.

Step 3 of 6

Add in all the spices - garam masala, turmeric powder and dried fenugreek leaves. Mix for 30 seconds.

Step 4 of 6

Add in the tin of baked beans and mix. Add in 1/3 tin of water.

Step 5 of 6

Simmer on slow/medium for 2-3 minutes.

Step 6 of 6

Serve with freshly chopped coriander.
