  • 20grams green pitted olives, all diced but half only for blending
  • 20grams tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1tablespoons lemon juice

Step 1 of 1

Separate half of the pitted green olives and keep to one side. Add the rest of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy. Remove from the blender and now mix the chopped olives to serve.
