Method

Step 1 of 2

Pre-heat the oven to 160°C. Dress the kale with the oil, seeds, salt and pepper.

Step 2 of 2

Transfer the dressed kale to a baking tray and bake for 3 minutes, or until nicely crisp. Remove from the oven and serve with your choice of condiments.
