Method

Step 1 of 1

Cook 3 peeled & chopped carrots in boiling water for 20 minutes until tender. Drain well and transfer to a food processor. Add 400g can lentils, drained, 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup tahini, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp harissa and 2 tbs lemon juice and process until smooth. Season to taste. Transfer to a serving bowl.
