10 Ingredients

  • 10 artichokes, remove outer leaves & quarter
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 2teaspoons chilli flakes
  • 1teaspoons fennel
  • 1tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 1tablespoons mustard seeds
  • 3/4 cup water

Description

This artichoke side will add a tang to any dish.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat up a pot to a medium heat with the canola oil.

Step 2 of 4

Fry the mustard, garlic and coriander seeds with the fennel for 2 minutes.

Step 3 of 4

Add the rest of the ingredients and allow to cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

Step 4 of 4

Remove from the heat and then allow to cool before transferring hearts and liquid from the pan to a sealable container.
