- 5milliliter olive oil spray
- 45grams pistachio dukkah
- 1/3 cup Greek-style yoghurt

Heat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Spray pineapple with oil. Place dukkah on a plate and set aside.
Step 2 of 2
Cook pineapple, turning, for 6 minutes or until charred on all sides. Press into dukkah and serve with yoghurt.
