- 300milliliter sour cream
- 1/2 cup mint (plus extra leaves to garnish)
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
- 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil spray
- 2 classic falafel
- olive oil (to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place falafel onto tray, spray with oil and bake for 5-8 minutes or until crisp.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, process peas, sour cream and mint in a food processor to a rough paste. Season and transfer to serving plates.
Step 3 of 3
Slice half the radishes. Serve pea dip with falafel (halved, if desired), radish, extra mint leaves, a drizzle of oil and lemon wedges.
