- 1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 4 nectarines, halved, stones removed
- 1/2teaspoons ground cinnamon (plus extra)
- 3tablespoons honey, warmed
- 150grams light ricotta, drained
- 1/4 cup pepitas, toasted

Method
Step 1 of 3
Process ricotta, yoghurt and cinnamon in a small food processor until combined. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.
Step 2 of 3
Heat a barbecue or chargrill pan over high heat. Brush nectarine halves all over with some of the warmed honey. Grill for 2-3 minutes each side or until charred.
Step 3 of 3
To serve, drizzle charred nectarines with remaining honey and top with a dollop of whipped ricotta. Scatter with pepitas and sprinkle with extra cinnamon, to garnish.
