  • 300grams rhubarb, washed, diced and leaves removed
  • 20grams ginger, diced
  • 1/2 stalk lemongrass, washed and diced
  • 50grams sugar
  • 3/4 cup water

Description

A lightly spiced but sharp sauce is a great compliment to any meat or a cheese board.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Add all ingredients to a pot on a medium heat. All to cook for 20 minutes while stirring occasionally or until the sauce starts to thicken.

Step 2 of 2

Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Add everything to a blender and blend for minutes before storing.
