Description

These roasted turnip wedges make a delicious side dish for roast chicken or any grilled meat.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Add the turnip wedge, olive oil, nutmeg and parmesan to a large bowl and toss well to coat.

Step 2 of 2

Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet, using a second if necessary, and roast for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
