Description

Fiery harissa adds a kick to crisp roasted turnips, an ideal side dish for a middle eastern feast.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Add the harissa to a large bowl, whisk in the oil and tip in the diced turnips, tossing well to coat.

Step 2 of 2

Spread the turnips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes, toss and roast for 8-10 minutes until crisp. Serve with fresh parsley on top.
