  • 1teaspoons cracked black pepper

Method

Step 1 of 5

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.

Step 2 of 5

Lay out the flatbreads and evenly spread the tomato paste on top.

Step 3 of 5

Evenly place the rest of the ingredients apart from the rocket.

Step 4 of 5

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the flatbread begins to crisp at the edges.

Step 5 of 5

Remove from the oven and dress with rocket before serving.
