  • 400grams kale, washed, drained and stems removed
  • 240grams burrata, drained and sliced
  • 4 medium Cherry tomato, sliced
  • 80grams green olives, pitted and halved
  • 80grams croutons
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 1teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1tablespoons basil, chopped

Description

Mediterranean flavours bring this kale based salad to life.

Method

Step 1 of 4

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil with the salt, pepper, garlic, balsamic and basil and set to one side.

Step 2 of 4

Place the kale leaves on your serving plates and then equally place the sliced burrata and tomatoes.

Step 3 of 4

Sprinkle the croutons and olives over the salad plates.

Step 4 of 4

Drizzle with the sauce before serving.
