Method
Step 1 of 2
Steam the broccoli for 4-5 minutes until tender.
Step 2 of 2
Tip the lentils into a large bowl with spring onions, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, feta, dried cranberries and hazelnuts. Pour in the oil and vinegar, toss well and serve.
