Description

If you're not in the mood for cooking, whip up a classic creamy and crunchy Waldorf salad topped with ribbons of salty smoked salmon.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, apples, grapes and celery to a bowl tossing everything together while seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 2 of 3

Arrange the butter lettuce onto the bottom of a salad bowl or platter, add the dressed apples, grapes and celery into the centre of the lettuce.

Step 3 of 3

Garnish the salad with toasted walnuts, smoked salmon slices and parsley leaves.
