Description

These flavourful roast potatoes are so crispy and delicious. Serve them as a side to your favourite roast meat.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200 fan forced. Chop potatoes in half and put in baking tray.

Step 2 of 4

Sprinkle with garlic powder and parmesan cheese.

Step 3 of 4

Add olive oil and mix all together.

Step 4 of 4

Bake in oven on 200 for about 1hr or until crispy.
