- 1tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1teaspoons onion powder
- 1/4-1/2teaspoons salt (to taste)
- 2tablespoons plain flour
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1tablespoons butter (Nuttelex for dairy free)

Home made wedges to make the mouth water!
Method
Step 1 of 6
Cut your potatoes into wedge shapes. Normally one potato will get you 4-6 wedges.
Step 2 of 6
Place in a pot of water and par boil potatoes for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3 of 6
Drain potatoes in a colander and lightly chuff up potatoes.
Step 4 of 6
While potatoes are still hot mix in your butter, oil, flour, onion powder, paprika and salt.
Step 5 of 6
Air fry at 200° for 15 minutes tossing half way through.
These can also be done in the oven just allow a longer cook time. 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 6 of 6
Serve with your favourite sauce. Sweet chilli and sour cream or good old tomato!
