  • 1/2 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raw sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 155grams butter
  • 1tablespoons honey

Quick, easy and healthy. Great for school lunches and snacks.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Combine rolled oats, sultanas, wholemeal flour, sugar. coconut and chopped walnuts.

Step 2 of 6

Melt butter and honey on stove stir till mixture is melted.

Step 3 of 6

Pour melted butter and honey into dry ingredients until mixture clings together.

Step 4 of 6

Press evenly over base of well greased 28cm x 18cm slice tin.

Step 5 of 6

Bake in oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.

Step 6 of 6

Cut bars while hot. Remove from tin when cold.
