Method

Step 1 of 8

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Step 2 of 8

Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth

Step 3 of 8

Mix in coconut and chia seeds (see tips)

Step 4 of 8

Stir through oats one cup at a time until mixture is combined evenly and not overly sticky. (You may not use them all)

Step 5 of 8

Spread evenly into slice pan and place in oven

Cook for 18 minutes or until golden brown

Cool fully before slicing

Can be stored in an airtight container or frozen if desired
