- 125grams blueberries
- 2teaspoons maple syrup
- 1tablespoons white chia seeds
- 2tablespoons quinoa flakes
- 4 Medjool dates (pitted)

Method
Step 1 of 2
Place Medjool dates, coconut, quinoa flakes, chia seeds, blueberries and maple syrup in a food processor and process until it forms a smooth paste.
Step 2 of 2
Transfer to a bowl and chill for 30 minutes. Roll into balls. Store in freezer for up to 3 months.
