- 1/2teaspoons Masterfoods Cinnamon Ground
- 50grams butter
- 1 cup Angas Park Prunes Pitted
- 1/4 cup honey

Method
Step 1 of 3
Process 2 cups Uncle Tobys traditional oats, prunes, honey, cinnamon and butter in a food processor until well combined.
Step 2 of 3
Place remaining Uncle Tobys traditional oats on a plate. Using 1 level tablespoon of prune mixture at a time, roll into a ball, and then roll in remaining oats to coat.
Step 3 of 3
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. Store oat balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
