Description
This easy, flavour-packed honey mustard chicken will become your new favourite budget-friendly dish.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Spray a chargrill pan with oil and place over high heat. Grill chicken for 8 minutes, turning every 2 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove and set aside for 4 minutes to rest.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, cook rice according to packet instructions. Prepare slaw in a bowl.
Step 3 of 3
Thinly slice chicken on an angle. Divide rice, chicken and slaw among bowls. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
