  • 500grams Woolworths lamb mince
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 250grams Woolworths Australian frozen peas, thawed
  • 50grams Woolworths Danish feta, crumbled
  • 1/4 bunch fresh mint, leaves picked, roughly chopped

Description

Make pasta night memorable with this 20-minute spring pea and lamb dish. It's easy on the wallet too.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain and reserve ½ cup cooking water.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over high heat. Cook lamb, breaking up mince with a wooden spoon, for 4 minutes or until browned. Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and peas to pan and cook for 3 minutes or until warmed through. Season.

Step 3 of 4

Add pasta to pan with reserved cooking water and mix well to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Divide pasta among bowls. Top with feta and mint. Serve.
