Ready in a flash, this wallet-friendly teriyaki beef stir-fry will impress everyone with its punchy flavours.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat a wok over high heat. Add 1 tbs oil and swirl to coat. Stir-fry half of the beef for 2-3 minutes until browned. Transfer to a bowl. Cover to keep warm. Repeat with another 1 tbs oil and remaining beef.
Step 2 of 4
Reduce heat to medium-high. Add sauce, stock pot and 1 1⁄2 cups water to pan. Stir to dissolve and bring to a simmer.

Meanwhile, cook rice and beans according to packet instructions.
Step 4 of 4
Return beef to pan and cook for 1 minute until heated through. Divide rice, teriyaki beef and beans among bowls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
