- 1 bunch broccolini, halved crossways
- 500grams microwave jasmine rice
- 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bunch spring onion, thinly sliced

Description
These tasty sticky teriyaki chicken wings are so addictive, you'll make them again and again. Whip up this budget-friendly meal during the week for an easy dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a large shallow baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Place chicken in a large bowl. Add sauce and stir to combine. Transfer to prepared baking tray and spread chicken in a single layer. Bake for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes, until caramelised and cooked through. Add broccolini to tray and cook for a further 10 minutes or until broccolini is tender.

Meanwhile, heat rice according to packet instructions. Divide rice amongst bowls. Top with chicken and broccolini. Serve sprinkled with chilli and onion.
