  • 2 Lebanese bread rounds
  • 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • 1/3 cup Woolworths pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichokes, drained, sliced
  • 145grams jar fire-roasted wood-mixed capsicum, drained, sliced
  • 185grams Woolworths tuna chunks in spring water, drained, flaked
  • 1/4 cup Woolworths sliced black olives
  • 1/3 cup Woolworths basil pesto
  • 2tablespoons Woolworths balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 bunch basil (optional), leaves picked

Description

Lebanese bread makes a perfect crunchy pizza base in this budget-friendly recipe. Topped with artichoke, capsicum, tuna and olives, this pizza will hit the spot.

You can use canned white beans instead of tuna, and add a little grated cheese.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place bread on prepared trays. Spray with oil. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.

Step 2 of 3

Top bread with tomato paste, then artichoke, capsicum, tuna and olives. Spray with oil. Bake for a further 5 minutes or until pizza bases are crispy and topping is cooked.

Step 3 of 3

Top with pesto, then drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve sprinkled with basil if using.
