  • 12 mini hot dog brioche buns
  • 1/3 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 punnet chives, finely chopped
  • 2teaspoons French’s Classic Yellow Mustard, plus extra to serve
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 12 Kraft Original Singles
  • 3 sweet spiced gherkins, finely chopped

Description

Delight the whole team with these speedy sliders, featuring lush chicken, soft cheese and tangy mustard.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 150°C/130°C fan-forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Place buns on prepared trays. Cut lengthways into the top of each bun, avoiding cutting the whole way through. Bake for 5 minutes or until warm.

Step 2 of 4

Combine sour cream, chives and 2 tsp mustard in a bowl. Add chicken and season. Stir to combine.

Step 3 of 4

Arrange 1 cheese slice in each bun, allowing it to hang over the sides. Spoon over a little chicken mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until warmed through.

Step 4 of 4

Drizzle buns with extra mustard and sprinkle with gherkins. Serve.
