Description
This one-tray wonder makes dinnertime a breeze. Pop leftover shredded slow-cooker chicken, pasta sauce and mozzarella in brioche sliders, then bake.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan-forced. Line a tray with baking paper. Place bread bases on prepared trays. Combine chicken and pasta sauce in a large bowl.
Step 2 of 2
Spoon chicken mixture over bases. Top with mozzarella, then bread tops. Spray with oil. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until cheese has melted and bread is toasted. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
