- 500grams Woolworths beef mince
- 1/2 cup Heinz special burger sauce
- 8 Old El Paso white corn tortillas
- 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
- 200grams Woolworths shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/3 cup Woolworths sweet spiced gherkins, sliced
- 1 red onion, halved, thinly sliced
Description
Torn between burgers or tacos for dinner tonight? Try the best of both with this mouthwatering recipe. Cheat's burger tacos will impress any crowd.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Combine mince and 2 tbs burger sauce in a bowl. Season.
Step 2 of 4
Shape mince mixture into 8 equal portions. Working one at a time, spread 1 portion of mince over 1 tortilla, leaving a 5mm border. Lightly spray each tortilla with oil.
Step 3 of 4
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Carefully place tortilla in pan, meat-side down. Cook for 3 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Working quickly, turn the tortilla over, remove from pan and keep warm. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Step 4 of 4
Top each taco with lettuce, gherkins and onion. Serve drizzled with remaining burger sauce.
