- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 500grams Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken mince
- 100grams Lee Kum Kee ready sauce for san choy bao
- 225grams Woolworths sliced water chestnuts, drained, chopped
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1packets Woolworths cos hearts lettuce (2 pack)
- 100grams Chang's fried noodles
Description
This great value san choy bow is the answer to a quick and satisfying weeknight dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add mince to the pan. Cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, for 8 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Step 2 of 4
Add sauce, water chestnuts and half of the onion. Cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes, until heated through.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, separate lettuce leaves, then rinse and pat dry with paper towels and place on a serving board.
Step 4 of 4
Spoon mince mixture into lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with fried noodles and remaining onion. Serve.
