- 2tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 2tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 leaves iceberg lettuce, trimmed
- 1 long red chilli, sliced
- 2tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
Description
Use up leftover shredded slow-cooker chicken in this budget-friendly san choy bow recipe for a deliciously easy dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine chicken, sauces, carrot and white parts of spring onion in a large bowl.
Step 2 of 3
Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, in batches, for 2 minutes or until hot.
Step 3 of 3
Spoon chicken into lettuce cups. Serve sprinkled with remaining onion, chilli and sesame seeds.
