Description
Nachos are always a good idea, and this recipe – with Australian beef, grated cheese, tomato, coriander and sour cream – especially so.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Arrange chips from kit in a medium baking dish. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mince. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps, for 5 minutes or until browned. Add 1 sachet of salsa from kit. Remove from heat.
Step 2 of 3
Spoon beef mixture over corn chips, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Step 3 of 3
Remove nachos from the oven and top with remaining sachet of salsa. Top with tomato, coriander and sour cream. Serve.
