  • extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • 700grams Woolworths COOK slow-cooked beef brisket
  • 1/3 cup Woolworths tomato sauce
  • 1/3packets Woolworths frozen winter veg mix 1kg
  • 2 sheets Woolworths puff pastry

Description

Make a personal pie in no time at all, thanks to the Woolworths premarinated beef brisket and puff pastry.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 240°C/ 220°C fan-forced. Lightly grease 4 x 1½-cup-capacity ramekins.

Step 2 of 4

To prepare beef, pierce flat side of the film twice and place in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 12 minutes. Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then transfer beef mixture to a large bowl. Add sauce from brisket packet and vegetables, and stir to combine.

Step 3 of 4

Transfer beef mixture into prepared ramekins. Cut pastry into discs slightly larger than the ramekins (12cm). Place over pie mixture, pushing down gently on the sides to secure. Spray with oil and bake for 25 minutes or until golden and puffed.

Step 4 of 4

Serve pies with tomato sauce.
