Description

Serve up a flavourful dinner in 15 minutes with juicy Italian-style pork sausages and Leggo's Bolognese Sauce.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add sausages, and cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, for 6 minutes or until well-browned.

Step 2 of 4

Reduce heat to low and add sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until heated.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to packet instructions.

Step 4 of 4

Drain pasta, then toss it through a small amount of sauce. Divide pasta among bowls. Top with sauce. Serve sprinkled with parmesan and basil.
