Description
A meaty and smoky pork casserole that will surely be a weeknight hit with the whole family.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Marinate the pork with garlic powder, salt and paprika and set aside for a few minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.
Step 2 of 3
In a large baking casserole, mix the passata sauce, chipotle and cannelini beans. Mix thoroughly. Add the pork on top of the bean mixture. Press the pork down slightly so that it is covered in liquid.
Step 3 of 3
Bake for 40 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. You may serve it with toasted crusty bread and a sprinkling of chopped fresh parsley.
