- 1.20kilograms Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup F. Whitlock & Sons American-style smoky BBQ sauce
- 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 280grams Kraft Easy Mac classic cheese
- 250grams Woolworths Australian sliced beans
- 1/4 bunch parsley, leaves picked, finely chopped
Description
Go for a bit of Americana with these sticky BBQ chicken drumsticks with a side of macaroni & cheese and green beans!
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 240°C/ 220°C fan-forced. Line a large tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 4
Combine drumsticks and sauce in a large bowl and toss to coat. Transfer chicken to tray. Drizzle with oil and bake for 30 minutes, turning and basting halfway, until cooked through and golden.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, add pasta sachet into a medium microwave-safe bowl. Add 700ml water and microwave on high for 12 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Add flavour sachet to pasta and stir until thickened.
Step 4 of 4
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Cook beans for 1 minute or until tender. Serve drumsticks with pasta and beans and sprinkled with parsley.
