  • 400grams Woolworths pork & veal meatballs
  • 285grams Keen's Meal Base Honey Mustard Chicken
  • 200grams green beans, trimmed
  • 470grams Woolworths roasted garlic mash
  • 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked, coarsely chopped

Description

Using a Keen's Meal Base for these creamy, tangy pork-and-veal meatballs will have dinner ready quick sticks.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes or until golden. Add sauce and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, bring a saucepan of water to the boil over medium-high heat. Add beans and cook for 3 minutes or until bright green and tender. Drain. Heat garlic mash according to packet instructions.

Step 3 of 3

Sprinkle meatballs with parsley. Divide mash and beans among plates. Spoon over meatballs and sauce. Serve.
