  • 375grams La Molisana Spaghetti
  • 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 320grams Mix-a-Mato® tomatoes, larger tomatoes halved
  • 400grams frozen marinara mix, thawed
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2/3 cup thickened cream
  • 1/3 bunch basil, leaves picked

Description

Twirl your fork and stack it high with luscious al dente pasta, tasty seafood and Australian tomatoes. Voilà!

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water for 11 minutes or until tender. Drain.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, heat 1 tbs oil in a large, deep non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes and cook, tossing occasionally, for 4 minutes or until tomatoes begin to blister. Transfer to a bowl. Cover to keep warm.

Step 3 of 4

Heat remaining oil in pan. Add seafood and cook, tossing occasionally, for 2 minutes or until almost cooked. Add garlic and cream and bring to the boil.

Step 4 of 4

Add pasta to pan and toss for 2 minutes or until heated. Serve topped with tomatoes, basil and freshly ground black pepper.
