  • 10 brioche sliders, split
  • 3/4 cup shredded tasty cheese
  • 200grams Bertocchi Double Smoked Ham Off The Bone, sliced
  • 1/4 cup tomato relish
  • 1teaspoons garlic & herb all natural seasoning
  • 1teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil cooking spray

Description

Made in one dish with premium products, these sliders are an upgrade on the ham-and-cheese sandwich you know and love.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Grease a large baking dish.

Step 2 of 3

Place bun bases, just touching, in prepared dish. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Thickly slice ham into 10 pieces. Roughly fold each piece into a 5cm parcel. Top bases with ham and remaining cheese. Dollop with relish. Sandwich with bun lids.

Step 3 of 3

Combine seasoning with sesame seeds in a small bowl. Spray bun lids with oil and sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve.
