- 1 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked
- 60grams Woolworths baby leaf spinach
- 2tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2tablespoons drained baby capers, chopped

Description
Turn pizza night into a gourmet treat with Rustica Sourdough Salami & Smoked Leg Ham Pizza alongside a refreshing salad.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 210°C/190°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place capsicum on prepared tray. Drizzle with 1 tbs oil and toss to combine. Roast for 12 minutes or until tender and browned. Cool.
Step 2 of 3
Remove film wrap from pizzas and place frozen pizzas on oven racks. Cook for 14 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking, or until pizzas are hot and golden-brown. Transfer to serving boards.
Step 3 of 3
Meanwhile, peel and segment 1 orange and place in a large bowl. Juice remaining orange and place in a jug. Add capsicum, parsley and spinach to orange segments. Add balsamic vinegar and remaining oil to orange juice and whisk to combine. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine. Sprinkle with capers. Serve salad with pizza.
