- 600grams garlic & herb chicken schnitzels
- 2/3 cup tomato pasta sauce
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella
- 375grams McCain Quick Cook Crinkle Cut Chips
- 120grams mixed leaf with beetroot & carrot
- 320grams Mix-a-Mato® tomatoes, halved and quartered
- 1 small avocado, sliced
- 2tablespoons French dressing
- 1/4 bunch basil, leaves picked
Description
Eliminate weeknight dinner stress with this easy, comforting and crowd-pleasing family favourite.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 230°C fan-forced. Arrange schnitzels on 1 large baking tray lined with baking paper, then place on top shelf in oven. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden, adding a second large baking tray on the lower shelf to preheat for chips.
Step 2 of 3
Remove schnitzels from oven and top with pasta sauce and mozzarella. Place chips, in a single layer, on preheated baking tray. Place chips on top shelf in the oven and schnitzels on lower shelf. Bake for 11 minutes or until chicken is cooked and chips are golden and crunchy.
Step 3 of 3
Combine salad leaves, tomato and avocado in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine. Divide chicken, chips and salad among serving plates. Sprinkle with basil. Serve.
