  • 1 avocado
  • 1 small lemon, juiced

  • 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked
  • 150milliliter light sour cream
  • 63grams Old El Paso Jalapenos, drained, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded tasty cheese

Description

Get dinner on the table fast with this deliciously easy Mexican spread. The beef tacos will spice up your midweek menu with big, punchy flavours.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook for 4 minutes or until softened. Add mince. Cook, breaking up mince with a wooden spoon, for 5 minutes or until browned. Add spice mix and 1/2 cup water. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Spoon into a serving bowl.

Meanwhile, heat tacos according to packet instructions.

Step 3 of 4

Mash avocado in a small bowl. Add lemon juice and season. Quarter tomatoes and place in a small bowl. Finely chop half of the coriander and add to tomatoes. Toss to combine. Spoon sour cream into a small bowl. Add jalapenos and fold tocreate swirls. Place cheese in a bowl. Pour salsa from sachet into a small bowl.

Step 4 of 4

Fill tacos with mince mixture, cheese, guacamole, tomato mixture, jalapeño sour cream, salsa and remaining coriander leaves. Serve.
