Beef Burger Sliders

- 400grams Woolworths beef & veg meatballs
- 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 1/2 slices tasty cheese, quartered into squares
- 10 brioche slider buns, split, toasted
- 1/2 cup Birch & Waite Burger Sauce & Dressing
- 30grams baby rocket
- 3 small tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, drained
Description
Perfectly sized to enjoy in one hand, these beef sliders combine fresh veggies with a creamy burger sauce.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine 2 meatballs and flatten to form a 5cm-wide mini patty. Repeat with remaining meatballs to make 10 patties.
Step 2 of 3
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 4 minutes each side or until cooked through. Remove from heat. Top each patty with a slice of cheese. Cover and stand for 2 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Step 3 of 3
Spread bun bases with a little burger sauce. Top each with a little rocket, 2 slices tomato and a patty. Drizzle with a little remaining burger sauce. Sandwich with bun lids and insert a cocktail skewer, if desired. Serve with jalapeños and remaining burger sauce.
