- 500grams beef mince
- 40grams Woolworths French onion soup mix
- 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked, finely chopped
- 1tablespoons 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 4 slices Woolworths tasty cheese
- 1/3 cup Woolworths secret burger sauce
- 4 sesame brioche burger buns, split, toasted
- 1 head little gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
Description
These juicy Australian beef burger patties are amped up with the flavour of French onion soup, and served with fresh lettuce, tomato and tasty cheese.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place mince, soup mix and parsley in a bowl. Season with pepper. Mix until well combined. Shape mixture into 4 x 10cm round patties.
Step 2 of 3
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 4 minutes on each side, topping each with a slice of cheese in the last 2 minutes of cooking, or until cooked through.
Step 3 of 3
Spread bun bases with a little sauce, then top with lettuce, tomato and patties. Drizzle with remaining sauce and sandwich with roll lids.
