- 300grams Woolworths beef breakfast burger patties
- 4 free range eggs
- 4 English muffins, split
- 4 slices tasty cheese
- 60grams Woolworths baby spinach
- 1/3 cup Woolworths secret burger sauce
Description
Serve up the ultimate breakfast burger in 20 minutes. Stacked with tasty cheese, a premium beef patty, fried egg and spinach, and drizzled in secret burger sauce, it will certainly hit the spot.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4 minutes each side or until browned and cooked. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
Step 2 of 3
Crack eggs into pan and cook for 2 minutes each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from heat.
Step 3 of 3
Toast muffins, then top muffin bases with cheese, a patty, egg and spinach. Drizzle with sauce. Top with muffin lid. Serve.
